Norway - The Spectacular World of the Fjords:
Majestically, they lie between tall mountains - Norway's impressive fjords. Experience overwhelming nature during hikes and kayak tours which reveal magnificent views time and time again. Our itinerary takes us as far as the idyllic Lofoten Islands. And standing at the North Cape once in a lifetime is a dream that will also come true on this cruise. Aboard, trolls are up to frolicsome mischief. And fall silent when the music of Edvard Grieg fills the air. A summer in the far north.

Highlights of this cruise:

Rosendal/Hardangerfjord/Norway
The little town is situated on the banks of one of Norway's most beautiful fjords. Even the famous composer Edvard Grieg immortalised the Hardangerfjord with his music back in his day. Thanks to the mild climate, the glorious landscape is an important Norwegian fruit-growing region.

Alesund/Norway
In 1904, the town was destroyed by a fire. The German Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II, a great fan of Norway, was one of the first supporters to send money for its reconstruction. Today, Alesund is regarded as the capital of art nouveau, and you will be thrilled by its architectural glory during a walk through the historic district. At the Art Nouveau Centre, the history of the reconstruction is retraced by means of multimedia exhibitions.

Leknes/Lofoten/Norway
Rugged mountains, quaint little ports and red huts on stilts - the stockfish archipelago is one of Norway's most beautiful destinations.

Geiranger/Geirangerfjord/Norway
Roaring, the "Seven Sisters" plunge into Norway's most famous fjord, and steep mountains encompass the picturesque UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

Hellesylt/Sunnylvenfjord/Norway
The former Viking port is surrounded by tall mountains and invites you for a brief walk in a magnificent setting.
